Would it be friendships, connections, or community? Or support, comradery, and opportunities? The cover of our Alliance in Motion magazine features a word cloud made from words chosen by past presidents to represent their year of service, as well as words submitted by current council members. These words come from personal experiences while working in the Alliance or from their time directing the organization as a whole. These words incapsulate the heart of the Alliance. The opportunities to support, connect and serve through the Alliance continue today and are some of the best perks of our membership. I hope you enjoy this issue of Alliance in Motion and find all the information helpful as we look forward to our annual meeting and Centennial Celebration in June. It is remarkable to be part of an organization celebrating its 100th anniversary. The Alliance exemplifies a longstanding and lasting organization with a legacy of service to physician families and the communities in which we live. I’m thankful for the foresight of past leaders who have helped move the Alliance forward. We reflect on past traditions and accomplishments, but we also look to the future and what is ahead for the Alliance. As we stay engaged in our organizations and search for fresh ways to help physician families and our com-munities, we can make a difference. Here’s to another 100 years!
