I wish I could give this place zero stars but that's not an option. I called to get information about getting a key made as I lost my key is in a department store, once I got the price the technician said I'll be there in 30. I said no no, I wasn't ready yet and that I was comparing prices and in the middle of me talking, he hung up on me. I called him back and asked him if he just hung up on me he replied yes and hung up on me again.

I don't know what this company thinks customer service means but it's definitely not hanging up on their customers or potential customers!!!! Who does that?!?

Try Advantage locksmith at 503-946-9522. They were awesome, kind, good manners, good follow up and everything else a good business should be.

PDX Locksmith sucks major balls, I would NOT recommend PDX Locksmith to anyone I actually cared about... but maybe an enemy....... hmmmmmm

They bent my car door but they got my keys, and any damage is covered. If this turns out to have ruined my weather seal, I'll be sure to let them know. They were very professional and friendly, optimistic, and helped bend my door back. I appreciate that.

Using inflatable sleeves to wedge my door open a crack seemed the worst way to try to retrieve my keys short of breaking the window.

They solicited this review to waive the $29 service call fee. My insurance will hopefully cover the rest. Their pricelist online had a 404 error, so no way to preview short of calling.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The person who runs the business is so rude and disrespectful. He hung up multiple times, called back and said I wasn't happy then he told me he runs the place and doesn't care. Do not get help from here.

So the other day I went and locked my keys in my Hummer! We literally just bought it the other day and haven't had a chance to get new key fobs made...figures!! Anyways, Called up PDX Locksmith guys and they were super fast to show up! Friendly and great prices, will definitely use them again if I'm ever in the need of a Locksmith!

Super fast and friendly service. Locked my keys in my car and was almost in real trouble but from beginning to end it took maybe 20 minutes for my keys to be in my hand again! Andreas was great!

Nothing like rushing to work and locking your keys in the car. I am so thankful that PDX locksmith was quick to respond. David was so nice and was a big help. Thanks for being quick and having great customer service.

Excellent service!!! The job was super frustrating considering the trunk lock out situation and the service was considerate, calm and got the job done above and beyond!! Totally recommend their service!!

I called and requested your service today Friday the 21st of June. Your response time was very quick and I appreciate the expedited service. Unfortunately the company in which you sent out was very dissatisfying. First the price changed for the call out from $20-$29, that was annoying but I was willing to deal with it, secondly the technician could not give me a specific price when he examined the deadbolt lock. He first said the minimum service chare was $100 but when he realized I wasn't willing to do that he then said he would "give me a deal" and only charge me $50 because it would be "alot of work" to drill the deadbolt. That made my final price $79. It took him less than a minute to drill the deadbolt and remove the lock. I called the service number to insure that I was receiving a consistent service and that the price paid was correct. The agent on the phone could not answer the questions except that a call out service fee is $20. He then offered to have the technician call me back. The gentleman that called me back was very rude and argumentative and told me and I quote "customers are always complaining about the service. let's go ahead and call 5 other companies and see what you can get." I found this to be very disconcerting and aggressive particularly in a customer service field. Because of this incident I unfortunately will be giving a negative review and hope that in the future PDX locksmith services will use a more customer oriented contracting service.

Inbar was super efficient and able to unlock our car without damaging the door or having to replace the lock. He came quickly and worked efficiently checking in with us when the was on the way. Mention Yelp for a discount! His price was comparable to others. But he was the first to respond. He has had lots of experience with what he is doing.

These guys are amazing. Very quick, friendly, and professional. I recently locked myself out of my house and called these guys. They got me back in my house in no time. Will definitely use again if I ever end up in another tight spot.
