‘Midnite Madness’ returning to Trask Coliseum

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) – Fans are back in Trask for 2021, and the Seahawks will get a taste of it on Friday.

After a season with no fans, both head coaches of the UNCW basketball teams reiterated that the Seahawk supporters are and have been on the mind of the two programs.

Takayo Siddle said it’s the number 1 place in the conference when it comes to atmosphere, and Karen Barefoot said she can’t wait for her 10 newcomers on the team to show the students what her squad is capable of.

Doors will open at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
