Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) is a trusted 24-hour multi-specialty referral hospital in Estero, FL, conveniently located near downtown Naples and Fort Myers. Our 8,200-square-foot facility operates 24/7 and has been providing internships since 2007. Our team includes board-certified and residency-trained specialists in Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Critical Care. Interns gain hands-on experience rotating through essential services such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency, and Critical Care. Plus, we offer elective rotations in fields like neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, dentistry, and wildlife medicine, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience tailored to individual interests and career goals.
