If you have a problem with a food product visit the Food Safety and Inspection Service's website to contact the appropriate public health organization.

To report a food establishment health violation submit the Food Establishment Complaint and Feedback Form

To view restaurant/food establishment inspection reports use the  ADH Food Inspection Portal for Consumers
