Spinach Artichoke Wreath

Spinach Artichoke Wreath

“I’m strong to the finish cause I eat me spinach.” – Popeye

Stress Scale: ✅ | Prep time: 10 min | Total time: 30 min | Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tube (refrigerated) biscuits

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 T garlic, minced

  • ½ cup shredded parmesan (I recommend Violife or Follow Your Heart) + a bit more for garnish

  • 1 cup mozzarella shreds (I recommend Violife)

  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast

  • ¼ cup mayo

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for sautéing

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Sauté onions and garlic. Remove from heat.

  3. Mix all other ingredients in bowl. Add onions and garlic. Mix again.

  4. Place biscuits around the perimeter of a cast iron pan.

  5. Pour glorious mixture into center. Garnish with additional parm, as you like.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and dip is thoroughly warmed.

  7. Let cool before devouring.

TIP: This dip is so amazing because it doesn’t need accompanying chips. Just peel off biscuits and dip away!
