Thank you for choosing one·n·ten to give your time and talents to! We couldn't do what we do without the amazing support of our community. 30 years ago we opened our doors as an entirely Volunteer lead organization. Today we celebrate more than 30 full time staff, almost 14 part time staff and hundreds of volunteers helping to make our programs and services a success. In 2024 the Volunteer Program is ever changing as we try to involve our amazing community volunteers as often as possible while being intentional with creating a safe space for our Youth and Young Adults.
In an effort to build a better program we ask that you help us learn what will make our partnership better. Please help us understand in what ways you would like to volunteer.

2gether N Color Volunteer- This program serves youth and young adults who identify as a person of color and we ask volunteers for this program reflect the youth's identity.
Power Tool Master - Or good ol Screw drivers and Hammer expert. We do float building, furniture building and wall mounting. We need your help.

Organization/Clean Up - With many events comes lots of clean up opportunities
Drives- Housing Program Drives, Hygiene Product Drives, Clothing Drives
Camp OUTdoors- Camp Staff up North overnight

HalloQween -Coming to help decorate, read tarot cards, face paint, Dj.
Queermas- Joining us to help make the magic happen, running games, serving food, setting up and clean up
Queermas Gift Wrap Crew- Come show us your Martha Stewart gift wrap skills.
