Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC Welcomes Danielle F. Moriber as Partner and Head of New Miami Office
We are excited to announce the growth of the firm’s Litigation Practice into Miami, Florida with the addition of Miami based litigator Danielle F. Moriber. Danielle joins the firm as Partner and will lead the expansion of Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC’s practice into Miami to better support the firm’s developing client base there.
Danielle is a highly skilled litigator and represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries in complex commercial matters including contract, business tort, consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property, anti-trust, professional liability, and whistleblower litigation.
Born and raised in Miami, Danielle has deep ties to the “Magic City” and contributes to the arts, culture and the fabric of the Miami community.

Danielle received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, and earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Following law school, she spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Jose L. Linares in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Additionally, she served as a Public Interest Fellow for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. Prior to joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC, Danielle practiced at a national law firm with a strong presence in New York and Miami.
