The Human Resources team collaborates with school principals, supervisors and staff to implement a district-wide talent management strategy, including interview practices, succession planning, performance consulting, leadership development, innovative learning strategies, career and organizational development. We select and retain only the best talent for the students of Shaker Heights.

The Department of Human Resources will support the District Strategic Plan by:

  1. Implementing a recruiting plan based upon projected staffing requirements.

Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA)

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
