    ACTION ORDER

    This matter having come before the Court, the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised in the premises:

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

    The case is continued to 11/19/2021 in 2005 at 09:00 AM for STATUS.


    Description: Sun Ng's condition.

    Upon reviewing all pleadings, motions, affidavits, and hearing evidence from both parties, all Counsel of record being present, and the
    Court being fully advised in the premises, and having found that Plaintiff met its burden for a Preliminary Injunction,

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

    1. Plaintiff, MAN KWAN NG’s, Motion for Emergency Injunctive Relief is granted for reasons stated on the record which is
    attached hereto as Exhibit “A”;
    2. The Court Orders Edward Hospital to immediately grant Dr. Alan Bain emergency, temporary privileges to Edward Hospital for
    the sole purpose of administering Ivermectin to Mr. Sun Ng as outlined in the prescription, submitted to the Court and attached
    hereto to this Order as Exhibit “B”;
    3. Dr. Alan Bain is granted immediate access in the ICU at Edward Hospital to Mr. Sun Ng for the purposes of administering
    Ivermectin to Mr. Ng. Dr. Alan Bain shall provide notice to Edward Hospital of when he shall be administering the Ivermectin to
    Mr. Ng and shall comply with the Governor’s Executive Order regarding proof of vaccination status or negative COVID-10 test
    before entering Edward Hospital;
    4. Dr. Alan Bain shall only interact and communicate with any Edward Hospital employee or agent in order to administer Ivermectin
    and any other communication is prohibited;
    5. Defendants, EDWARD-ELMHURST HEALTHCARE, d/b/a EDWARD-ELMHURST HEALTH, and EDWARD HOSPITAL,
    are not required to administer Ivermectin to Mr. Sun Ng nor are they required to provide the medication for Dr. Alan Bain;
    6. Plaintiff, MAN KWAN NG, shall sign an informed consent allowing the administration of Ivermectin by Dr. Alan Bain, release
    and waiver, releasing Defendants, EDWARD-ELMHURST HEALTHCARE, d/b/a EDWARD-ELMHURST HEALTH, and
    EDWARD HOSPITAL, Defendants’ employees, agents, officers, physicians, nurses, executors, assigns, or any other third party
    acting on Defendants’ behalf of any and all liability related to Mr. Sun Ng from his date of admission through discharge date; and
    7. All parties shall appear before the Honorable Paul M. Fullerton on November 19, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom in courtroom 2005
    for status on Mr. Sun Ng’s condition.
