I work with leaders to create organization and workforce implementation strategies that enable sustainable business, financial, regulatory and customer outcomes. Recent projects include operating model design (enterprise, front and back office), building digital capabilities, merger integration, employee experience and culture-led change.
I am an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business. I’m a recognized thought leader and influencer on the future of work, culture, workforce strategy and diversity and inclusion. I’m passionate about sustainable solutions that help all stakeholders, including my work with the T20/G20, WEF and policymakers.
