Preserving the global Armenian experience through photography

We safeguard the past to illuminate the present & help build a brighter future.

Founded in 1975

We have archived and shared meaningful photographs to over 500,000 people in the last 49 years.

155 years of history

Our collections span from the 1850s to the 1990s and across six continents.

Over 80,000

Photographs are physically stored in our archives. We also have a new gallery, and expanded visitor hours for visiting our archives.

Since 2021, we have digitally archived 15,000 photographs, opened a gallery, and been covered in The Boston Globe and Smithsonian Magazine.
