One of our counselors reported, "I played it with an 8 year old kid and it was a great way to introduce different types of coping skills outside of distraction ones. The situation cards also helped her brainstorm coping skills on her own and talk about times she could have used different coping skills in difficult times."

This is good game with excellent visual appeal and skills to teach children. The only down side I am finding is the children are struggling with the wordiness of each card, but I am just simplifying it for those children

I love that it gives a variety of coping strategies and challenges clients to relate them to relatable scenarios. One negative is that he cards are wordy so it is difficult to engage some clients who are under 10 or struggle with reading/comprehension.
