Our SPEAK OUT! Therapy Grant Program provides free or discounted training and therapy materials to speech-language pathologists, universities, and other clinics worldwide. SPEAK OUT! Clinical Education Grants
Any university, hospital, clinic, other healthcare organization, or U.S. Veterans’ medical center/ facility treating individuals with Parkinson’s AND providing clinical education to speech pathology students may apply.
SPEAK OUT! Therapy & Research Center Grants
U.S. universities treating individuals with Parkinson’s, training speech pathology students, and conducting research may apply. These clinics must be willing to provide online SPEAK OUT! Therapy at no cost to patients living in their state.

Description | Any speech-language pathologist (including currently Licensed SPEAK OUT! Providers) from anywhere in the world. Up to $50,000 over five years for therapy and research supplies and equipment, IRB fees, exhibit booths, or a student research assistant, etc. This is in addition to the travel stipends that are provided for the Lead With INTENT Symposium. Centers that exceed all expectations may have an opportunity to apply for additional funding. (NOTE: Centers receive $10,000 annually as long as all Center obligations and deadlines are met. The full $10,000 must be used each year to receive the next $10,000 payment.) |

Grant Roundtables | No. | Yes. The Primary SLP or their designee will attend three monthly “roundtables” via Zoom. These roundtables will be facilitated by Gwen Nolan, MS, CCC-SLP, Parkinson Voice Project’s Grant Development Officer. | Yes.
