WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
FEMA will review your application. FEMA may request additional information and will determine if an inspection of the damaged home and/or property is needed. If an inspection is required to process your application, FEMA will contact you to set time to do so.
FEMA will then notify you of your application status. The decision letter will tell you:
Whether you are approved for assistance
If approved, how much assistance you will receive
How the assistance must be used
If not approved, how you can appeal the decision
