Animals Available for Adoption

The Town of North Hempstead Animal Shelter is currently facilitating adoptions by appointment only. If you would like to meet one of our dogs available for adoption, please call the shelter during operating hours at 516-869-6311 to schedule an appointment.

Hours : Monday - Friday (except Holidays) 9AM - 4PM, Saturday 10AM - 4PM
