On-Demand Learning

To access NJCPA On Demand, log in to My Events and click on the link on the On Demand tab. Once on the NJCPA On Demand site, navigate to the course you are interested in, then click “enroll” in the top right corner. Once enrolled, you can begin viewing immediately or go to My Courses to watch later.

You can buy an individual self-study course at any time (a la carte purchase) and watch it in the NJCPA On Demand platform, or you can purchase unlimited access to NJCPA On Demand and select from more than 100 courses in A&A, tax, ethics and technology from the date of purchase through the end of the calendar year. 

Your access to NJCPA On Demand begins immediately upon purchase of your subscription and ends on Dec. 31 of the calendar year of your purchase.

You can continue watching any of your courses through the My Courses page available through the menu in the top left corner on the On Demand platform.

Yes. While the Unlimited On Demand subscription is for NJCPA members only, nonmembers may purchase individual courses at the nonmember rate.

You will have unlimited access to more than 100 self-study courses that are included in the unlimited NJCPA On Demand subscription. You will also be able to access any new self-study courses that are added during your subscription term.

Those who purchase an individual self-study course have 90 days after the date of purchase to complete the course and take the exam.

Those who purchase unlimited NJCPA On Demand access have full access to all courses until the end of the calendar year of the purchase. Please note, you must remain a member of the NJCPA for access to the NJCPA On Demand subscription. If your membership lapses, access will be deactivated. Refunds will not be issued if your access is deactivated for this reason.

You have from the date of purchase to the end of the calendar year to consume as many courses as you would like.

Certificates of completion are available in the menu in the top left corner of the On Demand platform.

You can check your listing of completed courses in your CPE History in the On Demand platform.

When logging in, the best way is to navigate to njcpa.org/myevents and sign in using your NJCPA website credentials. Then go to the On Demand tab and click on the subscription link to access the NJCPA On Demand platform. You should be automatically logged into the platform. If you’re still having trouble, contact us at education@njcpa.org.

All courses in the NJCPA On Demand platform are NASBA-approved, making them accepted for CPE credit in all states.

The course video will remain available for the duration of your NJCPA On Demand subscription (expires on Dec. 31 of the calendar year in which you purchased it).

For single-course purchases, the video will remain available for 90 days after purchase. If a course become out-of-date, it may be taken down. If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will have 90 days to complete the course.

Yes, NJCPA’s self-study courses qualify as interactive individual/self-study. NASBA registry-approved individual study courses qualify under this standard.

Yes. To activate the final exam questions, you must first complete the review questions that appear during the course video. Once the course video is complete, you will be able to take the final exam.

There is no need to retake the review questions. You have two attempts to correctly answer each review question. After that point, the correct answer is provided immediately with a brief explanation of the answer. Incorrect answers to the review questions will not impact your ability to earn CPE. That is controlled by the final exam (see below).

You can take the exam as many times as you need within your valid subscription period or within 90 days of the single-course purchase to earn a passing grade of 70 percent and receive CPE credit.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time for failure to pay any outstanding amounts due.

Individual course registrations: If you are dissatisfied with a course that you have purchased, let us know prior to completing the final exam and we will provide you a full credit to register for any of our other course offerings. We cannot offer refunds or credit for courses where you have received CPE credit.

Unlimited access: Unlimited access to NJCPA On Demand requires a commitment that you complete the subscription period, which extends to Dec. 31 of the calendar year of your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. In the event you have earned CPE credit in the first 30 days, you will be charged $25 per CPE credit earned and this will be subtracted from your refund amount. No refunds will be provided for mid-year cancellations requested more than 30 days after purchase.
