Gov. Phil Murphy has a broad goal as he prepares to begin his second term: finish his mission to reshape New Jersey in a more progressive fashion. That, he said, includes more gun reform, expanded abortion rights, same-day voter registration, and getting the state’s budding marijuana industry up and running.

The Democrat is also standing by his commitment that he won’t impose any more tax hikes this time.
