Eight New Jersey towns, including several pricey Jersey Shore communities, ranked in the top 150 for highest home values in the United States, according to the latest data from Zillow.
Deal, a 1.3-square-mile town north of Asbury Park, topped the New Jersey list once again in April with a typical home value of $3,248,082. That was good for the 29th spot in the national list of home prices.
California locations claimed seven of the top 10 spots in the U.S., according to a ZIP-code level analysis by Zillow.
