Last week, 30 agencies joined OPM at the Level Up to Public Service job fair at Delaware State University. OPM launched the Level Up to Public Service Initiative in 2023, coordinating between federal agencies and Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) with the goal of increasing awareness and interest in public service among early career talent. Agency representatives helped students with federal resumes, hosted mock interviews, built out USAJOBS profiles, and shared internship and job opportunities. There was also a panel discussion with federal employees from a number of agencies where students asked questions to gain insights about the benefits of public service.
