“I have worked with Mr. Folwarski for more than a year now. He was heading a DevOps team that took over a very complex piece of tooling software from us and another external team. I was amazed how quickly he himself got into the matter and was able to coach his team to not only do the same but also deliver extremely beneficial value to us, so that our tooling became way more robust, faster, and easier to maintain. One of the sub-projects he was involved in was brewing for a very long time and potentially would have gone on even way longer, but his involvement enabled us to finish the milestone quickly and cleanly. He is very knowledgeable and creative, so that the consultancies with him very often lead to great concepts. Last but not least he has an admirable way of communicating, so that it was always a pleasure to work with him for everybody involved, even under stressful circumstances. Thanks a lot!”
