It is 100 miles which is quite some challenge! and is recognised as the cycling equivalent of The London Marathon running event.

I am raising funds for 1 of the many potential charities that need ongoing sponsorships

St Francis Hospice, like other similar hospices, offer love and support for the terminally ill and their friends and families 

As a charity they always need funds and the good work they do is priceless

Having had family and friends ending their lives in a Hospice I am aware of how caring the staff are in these difficult times

We must never take our health for granted so please help those less fortunate
