Birth record of Zelda ROZENBOJM, AKT #99, recorded in Lublin in 1915. Daughter of Herszek and Dwojra nee SWARCMAN.
This is a delayed birth record with Zelda being born in 1903. The mother is presenting the child, not the father which is unusual. The father is mentioned in the record, and I am interested if he is now deceased or simply out of town on business.
I am also looking for:
The day and month of her birth.
Father's age and occupation.
Mother's age and possible occupation.
Thank you!

Zelda
Rozenbojm.
It came to pass in the city of Lublin on the 8th/21st of February 1915 at 12:00 noon. There appeared [before us] the Jewess Dwojra Rozenbojm (née Szwarcman), age 28, a resident of the settlement of Komarówka [Podlaska], Żelizna Township, Radzyń County, Lublin Province [Gubernia], in the presence of the witnesses Icek Majer Horowicz, private tutor, age 42, and Berek Tuchman, homeowner, age 52, residents of the city of Lublin, and showed us a girl, stating that she was born in the city of Lublin on Lubartowska Street in House No. 711 on the 5th/18th of June 1903 at 12:00 noon to her and to her legal husband Herszek Rozenbojm, a carpenter, age 31, currently serving in the military. This girl was given the name Zelda. The belated reporting of this event was not justified in any way. This document was read out to those present and duly signed by them - except for the petitioner [Dwojra] who is illiterate - and by us.
