New Yorkers age 12 to 17 who have received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose are eligible for a chance to win one of 50 four-year, full scholarships to any New York State public college or university, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday. The scholarships, intended to incentivize vaccination, will include tuition, room and board, books, and supplies.
