The Georgia Board of Regents has decided, for the second year in a row, not to give raises to the 26 public university presidents in the state, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The presidents of two universities -- Brooks Keel of Augusta University and Mark Becker of Georgia State -- have total compensation of more than $1 million. Two others -- Ángel Cabrera of Georgia Tech and Jere Morehead of the University of Georgia -- have total compensation that exceeds $900,000. All the others are below $500,000.
