Bruce's family were neighbors, and so we walked to and from school quite a bit. It seems like they moved into the neighborhood in the middle of high school, and so his network of Ingraham friendships was limited. I recall lots of conversations about politics, and sharing the music of Leo Kotke and Seals and Crofts. Though we lost track of each other after high school (the family moved), I'm saddened to see that he's gone. He was a good guy.

Bruce was a good guy. Smart, grounded and hip. He was friendly and smiled a lot, loved music. I recall learning that he died due to pulmonary complications while hiking in a high elevation. May have been in Tibet. It was a sad, sad loss for his family.

Tough news. Never easy when in such a remote area. So sad.
