TO SERVE THOSE WHO SERVED US
Approximately 250,000 service members leave the military each year. The transition process isn’t easy. In fact, 76% of veterans agree that their transition to becoming a civilian was stressful. Forty eight percent indicated that it was more difficult than expected. Fifty two percent say that it was confusing. And between 31-52% had employment gaps 3 months after leaving the service. At the HKPO Veterans Academy, we personally know the struggles of the transition process first hand. We believe that no service member should ever have to struggle through transition. It’s our turn to serve you!
