Osceola Park Car Show & Picnic

Consider donating money to our special event called "Osceola Park Car Show and Picnic" to be held on September 18, 2021.  Expenses will be approximately $1360 and your donations are needed by September 17. This event will boost our efforts to encourage the City of Pittsfield Parks Department to make long-overdue repairs and improvements for the park.  Please help by donating now - dig deep.   Share this request widely please.
Some of you remember when Osceola Park in Pittsfield, Ma was a destination site-not any more, unfortunately. The ski tow is idle and the skating rink and warming shed are only memories. No park supervisors, no sandbox, no arts and crafts, no intra-park games, no movie nights, no park floats, no bus trips- nothing AT ALL. The swings, slide, basketball court and baseball areas are little used and need updating. The park is not very wheel chair accessible either.  Sad isn't it?  How can this be?  The youth and all the citizens of the area deserve better, right? Let's start to fix this problem together.
