Free Lunch Program

If you are earning at or below current Income Eligibility Guidelines, we encourage you to fill out a school meal application. We will process your application and issue an eligibility determination.

If you are receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, your child automatically qualifies for free school meals. Please fill out an application and include any assistance program information.

An Application for Free Lunch needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Fee Waiver Application.

A variety of meal choices are offered daily as noted below. Acceptance in the program entitles your child to a well-balanced, nutritious meal.

Elementary Schools:

Entrée (choose 1): Choice of three different entrees with fruit and vegetables daily

Milk (choose 1): 1% white or fat free chocolate

The menu with specific daily offerings is available on the Geneva School District Lunch Program Page under Elementary Menus.

High School and Middle schools:

Viking Meal Entrée (choose 1):

  1. Viking Meal of the Day

  2. Daily Pizza (cheese or pepperoni)

  3. Select "Grill Daily" items (hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty, grilled cheese hot dog)

  4. Select "Simply to Go" items (ham or turkey sandwich)

Sides (Choose 2): Fresh fruits and vegetables are at food stations or grab a fresh fruit from the open-air coolers.

Milk (choose 1): 1% white or fat free chocolate

Students must take an entrée and at least one side.  The menu with specific daily offerings is available on the Geneva School District Lunch Program Page under Middle School Menus or High School Menus.

NOTE: In order for the meal to qualify under the Free Lunch Program, a meal must consist of both food and a milk. If only a drink is purchased, it is not part of the program so the student’s PushCoin account will be charged for that item. Only one meal per student qualifies for the program. If a second meal is purchased, then the student’s PushCoin account will be charged. Money can be added to a student’s PushCoin wallet so they can purchase bottled water, juice, additional milk, extra entrée, or additional a la carte items.

To put money into a student’s PushCoin account, log in to pushcoin.com by entering your email and password. If you are a new users, select "I don’t have an account" to register a log in and attach your student(s) to your account.

Please Contact the general Manager’s office at 630-463-3827 if you have any questions.
