The Pauger

The Pauger features many interesting mechanisms designed for functionality and dust management. The wheels, most notably, use a monowheel design with a planetary gear system to spin it. This allows the wheels to be completely sealed from the dust, and the drive shaft is also concealed so no dust can get in that way either. Another important feature is the regolith collection system which uses augers to drill into the surface of the moon and gather the dirt in tubes. This allows for clean and easy transportation of regolith from any site back to the base. The outside of the rover is smooth and made of a non-static material to aid in dust management. Solar panels on the top allow the rover to recharge while on the crater edge and an RTG inside can supply power when the rover is not in the sun.
