The Parlanent runs on tracks, is controlled through cameras, and powered by solar panels. There are cameras on all sides for operation and the solar panels pick up the slightest bit of sunlight for maximum power and high speed transport. The tracks are grippy, have spring loaded axles, and the body uses ultrasonic vibration to shake and jiggle off lunar dust. There will also be a negative charge throughout the body to repel the negatively charged dust. An auger drill with a casing extends out at an angle until the casing sits flat on the ground. The auger extends just beyond it into the ground to drill the regolith and move the material up to the top of the casing where it comes out of a spout and into the small sized removable storage bin. The bin can be removed at the hatch on the outside of the robot.
