How to Make the Most of HawkSoft Sales & Retention Pipeline and Policy Statuses

Today’s consumer has a myriad of choices when seeking insurance coverage. This makes the need to pursue a valued prospect and convert them to a customer one of the most important practices in your agency. You cannot give a quote in the hopes that your prospect will make their decision in the moment and then expect results.
