Featuring: Sarah Beyreis, Director of College Counseling at Cincinnati Country Day School
As we bounce back from Omicron, we have decided to hold one more Zoom program, with hopes of an in-person event in May. Our speaker, Sarah Beyreis, Yale BA '85, MA '94, MA Middlebury '96, will discuss how she evolved from high school English teacher to College Counselor, and share some tips for those with high school age children.
Sarah has directed the Country Day College Counseling Program since 2005. She also directs the school's job shadow and internship program, serves on the CCDX course planning committee, and advises families in search of summer programs. She has taught sophomore and freshman English at Country Day and advised The Scroll, the student newspaper. Before moving to Ohio, she was director of college counseling at The Pingry School in Martinsville, New Jersey. Mrs. Beyreis is a member of the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools, the National Association of College Admissions Counselors, the Ohio Association of College Admissions Counselors, the College Board and the Clambake Group.
Join us on Thursday, March 31, 7-8:30 pm, via Zoom only. You must register on Eventbrite (reserve tickets above) for this event, consisting of Sarah's presentation, followed by Q&A/open discussion, and virtual socializing. Approximately 48 hours before the event, the Zoom link will be sent to you.
We ask that you please register to help us plan for the number of attendees and to ensure that you receive the Zoom link.
