Join us on Wednesday, February 10th from 9:00AM - 1:00PM for our Spring 2021 Apartment Fair and info sessions! Join any and all sessions that are of interest to you. Realtors, property managers, and OCHSS students and staff will be available via live chat from 11am-1pm EST. View full schedule below.

Info Sessions:

  • 9:00-9:45am: Apartment Search and Budgeting (w/ NU Thrive)
  • 10:00-10:45am: Lease Knowledge & Working with Realtors
  • 11:00-11:45am: Subletting
  • 12:00-12:45pm: Renter’s Rights and Responsibilities
  • 1:00-1:45pm: Safety and Security Off Campus

Live Chat Sessions, 11am-1pm EST: Realtors and property managers will be available live to answer questions and show listings! OCHSS Community Ambassadors and staff will be available to answer any questions.
