Everything you should KNOW about your agency
The report features within the HawkSoft system can provide you with some of the best information about your agency. We’ll dive into Agency Intelligence so that you can see how your data input is going and to see who is writing what with what carriers and how they are getting the new business. You can also learn about accounts you’re losing and why. Participants will be given the opportunity to send us their favorite report (what filters/fields and how you use it) and also be able to send us a one report you’d love to have but haven’t been able to figure out how to run (We will try hard to make it work for you. We’ll also take a look at how to check your current system reports and compare them to what your carrier reports look like! Start looking at your reports as a way to manage and grow your agency!
ADDED BENEFIT TO ATTENDEES: Each registered may submit their favorite report as well as a report that they need help on. Presenters will configure the reports (Favorites and Challenge) and send out at the end of the meeting to live participants. One or two reports from this category will be featured during the class. The additional reporting setup and calendar may also be sent after the class and the templates made available the HUG website.
