About this event

Inspired by a similar event held last year at the CUNY College of Staten Island, join the CCNY LGBTQ+ Student Center and the CUNY School of Medicine's PA Club for an informative conversation on gender affirming healthcare and a Q&A with Dr. Joshua Safer!

In celebrating our LGBTQ+ Healthcare Week, Dr. Safer's talk will review the reasons for the shift in the model of delivery for gender-affirming care for trans people and then will review some of the hormone strategies along with the status of interest in various gender affirming surgeries followed by a Q&A.
