Shipping was incredibly fast considering the customization, ordered late Sun night - reviewed and confirm design late Monday, was processed and made on Tuesday then shipped and arrived by Thursday. My only note to others and this applies to most etched glasses is that you need something dark in the glass to show off the picture or text. If a lighter drink is used it does not show as well - again something for all these types of glasses not just this one - just something to be aware of.

How can I request custom or personalized items ?
Please write your customization details in the "personalization box" when placing your order. If you have questions about personalization options feel free to message our shop at Cutting Edge Boston.
What is the turnaround time ?
Turn around time for each item is stated on the listing page. We update our listings during holiday and peak seasons which typically have much longer lead times than off season.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, most of our products can be personalized. We design, make and ship all of our products from our workshop here in Massachusetts.
How do it attach a photo to my order ?
Please send us your image through the “Message Seller” or "contact Johanna" button on the listing page. Image formats include JPEG, PDF, AI files. Please do not send screenshots of images. The quality is too low to etch nicely. We recommend images with high resolution, high contrast and good lighting. Photo etching results will vary from order to order based on the quality of the image provided.
How do i add text to my order ?
If you are adding text to your glass please write the message in the "personalization" box on the listing. We copy and paste the message word for word. Please review your text before submitting your order. Photo glasses with text below have space for a maximum of 4 words. If you have a longer message we recommend choosing photo with text on back. Please keep all message text under 10 words max.
Do you provide proof of work before final product ?
We are unable to send mock ups of how a photo will etch onto glass due to the etching file process. However, we will send you a picture of your glass before shipping. Final product pictures are sent as soon as we complete your order and given one day review window before we ship out the order. (Please keep in mind that holiday seasons may result in longer than usual lead times.) All images, order details and final product review images will be sent through the Etsy conversation thread.
Did USPS lose my package?
USPS is suffering from major delays due to Covid-19. If your order is over a week late please reach out to us. We will file a missing package claim with USPS. USPS missing package claims usually take about a week to find the item and get it moving again. We apologize for the inconvenience these delays may cause. Please reach out if you think your item may be lost.
