5 out of 5 starsWere able to do a custom size! We love how it turned out! Was packaged very well to ensure it arrived safely. Turnover was fast and the company always responded quickly via the chat. We worked with a remodel company and they were impressed by the quality and unique turn out of the bannister. It is a lovely statement piece.

We always rely on our customers to read the information we have provided on our Etsy shop. Probably you missed that our Shipping Policy states that "Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply". This is mentioned in our shipping and return policy at every product description, as well as in our shop policy and your receipt

5 out of 5 starsI ordered two decorative panels. They arrived in good condition due to excellent protective packaging...OSB panels with steel strapping and metal edge banding. It took a bit of work to open the package, but worth it. I am pleased with the quality and finish of the panels. They are exactly what I was hoping for. If the need arises , I would not hesitate to order from Design Art Caprice again.
