Amy Childs has announced that she is expecting twins with her boyfriend, who she met on First Dates. The The Only Way is Essex star is already a proud mum to daughter Polly, aged five, and son Ritchie, aged four, from previous relationships, but these are the first children she's having with her beau Billy Delbosq, the Mirror reports.

The pair met on the celebrity version of First Dates last year in October and the whirlwind romance has been going from strength-to-strength since. Gym owner Billy, aged 37, went to Morrocco with Amy in May and the Essex star returned to TOWIE recently after a long hiatus to raise her children.

"I promise you now, I didn’t want any more children. When I met Bill I thought, ‘Do you know what, I’ll have one more.’ We are so excited – it’s going to be absolutely amazing," Amy told OK! Magazine. In an Instagram Q&A session in which the star was asked about plans to have more children, she responded: "I always said I would like two and that's it, but since meeting Billy, I feel completely different - 100 per cent in the future."

In a recent episode of TOWIE, meanwhile, she said: "I do rush into things, I definitely do. But I’ve got to say, I'm definitely in love with him. I'm just so happy. I've told him I'd love to marry him and he said he wants to marry me as well." The reality star first welcomed her daughter Polly five-years-ago with her builder ex Bradley Wright and went on to have son Ritchie Jr with her ex partner businessman Ritchie.

The mother-of-two has previously spoken about keeping her son Ritchie out of the spotlight, saying she has an agreement with his dad not to put him on social media or TOWIE. She explained in 2020 she wouldn't put him on social media until he's old enough to make that decision for himself. She said her and Polly's dad made a different decision for her.

"Basically me and Ritchie's dad agreed together not to put Ritchie on social media or TOWIE," she explained. "We won't put him on social media or TV until he is old enough to make that decision himself."
