Tier 1: $10,000
Tier 2: $8,000
Tier 3: $5,000

Referral Bonus for Eligible Positions
- Your referral must include your name on their application
- You and your referred person will need to be in good standing and working at the time of the payouts
- This referral bonus will be paid out on the 3-month anniversary of your referral's start date
