devynn emory is a choreographer/dance artist (beast), dual licensed bodyworker (sage), ritual guide, medium and registered nurse- practicing in the fields of acute/critical care, hospice, COVID and currently gender affirming surgery and integrative health in NYC. they are currently working toward their PMHNP (psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner- december 2025). emory's performance company devynnemory/beastproductions finds the intersection of these fields, walking the edges of thresholds- drawing from their multiple in-between states of being, holding space for liminal bodies bridging multiple planes of transition while finding reciprocity practice as a constant decolonial pathway. they are currently working on and touring a multi-media performance trilogy centering medical mannequins holding the wisdom of end of life experiences of their patients, matriarchs and loss in community. born on Lenape Land, emory is a reconnecting descendant of the Lenape on their father’s side and settler ancestry on their mother’s side. they live on Lenape Munsee and Canarsee land (Brooklyn NY).

i am state board licensed massage therapist in PA and NY with dual degrees in medical massage, eastern medicine and bodywork. i hold a yin yoga certification and am a reiki 4 practitioner. most importantly- i have countless spiritual mentors to thank for their teachings outside of institutions, lineage that cannot be credentialed. my private practice sage-massage founded in 2002 provides a trauma informed approach and welcomes the LGBTQIA2S+ community and allies. specialties include acute and chronic musical-skeletal injuries, post operative scar tissue release for the transgender community, binding and tucking pain, pre and post operative care, pre and post natal care, deep tissue, reiki, thai massage, reflexology, tui na, cranio-sacral therapy, acupressure, shiatsu and swedish. trauma support, grief work and spiritual guidance may come through during hands on sessions. we can decide together if you’d like to further your care with channeled counseling. sage blends modalities to offer a session unique to the client’s needs that day.
