We look at how vehicles satisfied their owners in terms of comfort, driving experience, infotainment, and ownership cost
While a car model might not be among the top 10 (or even top 20) most satisfying in our member survey, it still may excel in certain ways. We asked owners to rate how well their vehicles satisfy them when considering seat and cabin comfort, driving enjoyment, cabin storage, ease of use of the infotainment system, and ownership cost. Use their feedback and the corresponding scores to identify models that are likely to satisfy in the ways that matter most to you.
Even cars that don’t rank high in overall satisfaction can excel in ways that matter to you, such as how comfortable they are or whether the infotainment system is easy to master. Similarly, some models with high satisfaction scores may still have specific issues that will make you want to pass.
