About the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree

Why Study Pharmacy at Cedarville?

Cedarville’s unique Christian Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program is a transformative experience, equipping you for a career in the dynamic field of pharmacy. Pharmacists have prescriptive authority in many states and have become the nation’s largest providers of immunizations. It’s the perfect career to blend your interest in the sciences and your passion to serve people, and Cedarville University will help you get there.

At Cedarville, we’re transforming lives and the healthcare system by engaging the dynamic environment of 21st-century healthcare with a solid Christian perspective. You will learn from Christian faculty members who have received national recognitions for their research and will discover how to integrate your faith and a biblical worldview into your professional practice. We are preparing future pharmacists who can meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients with faith-informed ethics and commitment.
