Insights and Innovation
The MSc Insights and Innovation is ideal for anyone aspiring to be an effective innovator in the agri-food industry. This programme directly prepares graduates for roles in innovation leadership, with both the technical and entrepreneurial skill sets required. The programme is run in conjunction with DCU Business School. It is a 15-month long programme with a 10 month work placement in an Irish food, drink or horticulture company, while also receiving a generous monthly bursary.

Marketing Fellowship
Gain work experience alongside Irish Food & Drink clients while representing the industry in a wide range of market development activities. This 18-month programme is a combination of real-world and academic learning as you receive a fully funded MSc with UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, blending block release modules and continuous project work. On placement, you will work for 2 or 3 of Bord Bia’s Irish Food, Drink and Horticulture clients while receiving a generous monthly bursary.
Some of the key ‘In-Market’ responsibilities include:
- Delivering results for clients on specific in-market business development assignments, in line with defined project objectives and target outcomes
- Developing sector/product/market intelligence for the benefit of clients, for Bord Bia and the sector/market in which they operate
- Acting as an Ambassador for Bord Bia & the Irish Food Industry through effective performance as a Fellow

International Graduate Programme
As part of the Bord Bia International Graduate Programme successful candidates will undertake exciting international placements across Bord Bia's global office network while gaining an internationally recognised Masters with UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School while receiving a generous monthly bursary. The programme is 24 months long and graduates can work in marketing, sustainability, HR & Talent, Insights, global business development and sectors.
