Being a published author was always something Rick aspired to be, but life and its many responsibilities seemed to get in the way. It wasn't until he realized it was those very things that could be a foundation upon which to start writing stories. Having lived and worked in many cities around the world, Rick draws upon his personal experiences and below-the-surface observations to knit together fictional realities that are as plausible as what we think we know about today.
