Are you loving this Gentle Butterfly Bundle? The coordinating stencils really make coloring an easy and pleasurable task. 

 

 

As you can see, the ink-blended colors make the image pop and stand out. You may also wonder how I added the dark details on the butterfly's antenna and wings?

 

  

 

I took out Altenew Fine Liner Pen Set and carefully traced the ridges of the embossing folder. It is kind of amazing to add these details onto the embossing folder!

 

 

 The size of embossing folder is so large that you can use however you like it, slimline, square or A2 size.  This card measures 4 3/4" x 4 3/4".

The Pine Forest Embossing Folder is such a great design for masculine and holiday-themed cards.

 

 

For the inking of the tree and background, I simply swiped the Ultramarine, Azurite and Moss dye ink across the embossing folder prior to running it through the die cut machine. For the sentiment, I inked up the Happy Holidays 3D Embossing Folder with Obsidian Black Pigment Ink.  

 

 

 

I then cut off just one strip of the "HAPPY HOLIDAYS" and added a piece of Brushed Silver Metallic Cardstock to the sentiment.

Inspired by the look of  dymo tape, I set out to create a gold dymo tape sentiment.

 

 

Have you tried using metallic cardstock with embossing folders? Well, it's so simple and yet so effective. I cut up a small panel of "HAPPY HOLIDAYS" into strips and this resulted such a gorgeous sentiment!
