Like all the previous Craft Your Life Project Kits, each kit is full of design possibilities!If I am ever stuck in an island, all I need is the CYL monthly subscription and that will make me a very happy crafter!
My project today uses all of the project kit: embossing folder, stencil, stamps and dies!
There are two main component for this card-the stamped and die cut image (on the left) and the vellum underlay dry-embossed piece (on the right) with alcohol ink.
I absolutely love how the die was designed. It allows you to create a side panel or a large piece or multiple panels....however you like it.
Of course, the embossing folder is such a great addition to the set. I dry-embossed the vellum first. I then created a colorful background by dabbing alcohol ink with alcohol blending solution.
The two elements (diecut piece and vellum) came together nicely and they make quite a sophisticated look. I hope that you check out each stop of the release hop. You will be amazed how each designers come up with very creative ideas!
