Resting above the small Pennsylvania town of Roscoe is a 49.2 acre plot of land that is known as Five Town Park. To some, it is simply referred to as "the hill."

This films aims to document his recollections of his history with the property as it reaches another inflection point in its continuously evolving relationship with its surrounding community.
