Dairy farming not as simple a life as it may seem

Getting milk from a farm to a consumer’s table in the form of various dairy products is not as simple a process as it might seem. Long hours and adherence to health and safety regulations are among the requirements for farmers in western Wisconsin and throughout the state. Overall, the dairy industry annually contributes almost $46 billion to the state’s economy.
