Our friend Mike Gordon

As many of you know (or may not) our longtime friend Mike Gordon has been in and out

of the hospital requiring special care for a variety of diagnoses, particularly liver cancer.

He is now being treated for pneumonia. As a result of this and the subsequent care and

treatment necessary, he has severely drained his financial capacity to meet the costs

incurred. As a result, he is now struggling to pay living expenses and medical bills. And

they are mounting. Despite this, Mike has remained strong and positive, however he

needs our help NOW. He is not one to ask for help.

When you think about Mike, I think we all agree he has been a great and loyal friend to

a lot of us over many years. Always smiling and good natured and willing to poke fun at

himself. While we have supported those less fortunate in a variety of ways over time this

need is hitting much closer to our hearts than most.

We are asking for everyone who sees this to consider supporting Mike at this time of

need out of our love for him. Pure and simple friendship. much like he would do for us if

given the chance.

We have set up a Go Fund Me page for contributions to him. We realize some of you

can do more than others but ask that you do as much as you can. Donating is simple

and you can use a credit or debit card. Our goal is to reach $10,000. The important

thing right now is we need to all join in and do this now.
